The views from the hotel were absolutely breathtaking and the food and wine offered were delicious. We really enjoyed how calm and tranquil the atmosphere was during our stay, and the comfortable bed helped us sleep soundly. The common area was a nice touch and allowed us to interact with other guests. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our Easter vacation an amazing experience.
Getting to the hotel was quite challenging due to the difficult drive up a steep, winding road. we were disappointed that not everything was available on the drinks menu.

Gorgeous scenery views from the hotel and comfortable beds were the best. the homemade bread and fruit salad for breakfast were a treat. the key location on top of the town was a unique aspect.
Pricing was a negative aspect. the Wifi was almost non-existent and staff was unreliable and difficult to reach, making planning for my trip a hassle.

The hotel has a wonderful location offering breathtaking views of the valley/town. Rooms are clean, nicely heated and come with some modern facilities. Guests can enjoy the decent breakfast or the phenomenal food in the hotel's restaurant. Nice common areas available to relax.
The language barrier with some staff members is a bit of an issue.
